every year the club runs a BBQ plus other fund raising activities during the Applefest. This is the biggest fundraiser for us and we need lots of volunteers to help out. There is a BBQ, raffle and kids games to run and man from 9am to 4pm and then the club is having an open air theatre on the Saturday night from 7pm. We expect all players to commit some time during the day and that they will all attend and bring friends that night. All these efforts are for the players so every player must help out. Please let me know your availability during the day and your commitment for the evening.
